We built Warke Palette so you can explore colors without handing over your photographs.

1. Images stay on your device
When you choose a photograph, your browser reads its pixels locally to generate a palette. Original photographs and file names are not uploaded to our server by this tool.
2. Limited usage information
When usage analytics are enabled, we collect the palette's HEX and RGB values and percentages, the image dimensions, broad file format, and the date and time. This data is stored in a MySQL database for service statistics. We do not intentionally include original image files, names, user accounts, or IP addresses in these palette records. Routine hosting and security logs may separately record connection information, including IP addresses, according to the hosting provider's settings.
3. Essential cookies
The site may use essential browser cookies to support security and administrator sessions. We do not add advertising or cross-site tracking scripts in this application.
4. How records are used
Stored palette records allow administrators to view aggregate usage, recent activity, and popular colors. Administrators can erase the palette usage records. We do not sell this information.
5. How to limit collection
Image processing does not depend on sending a photograph to us. The site owner can disable palette metadata collection through the PALETTE_ANALYTICS=false environment setting. The processing and downloading tools still work.
6. Security and changes
We use application-level safeguards such as CSRF protection, rate limits and restricted administrator access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated if the service changes.
7. Operator
Warke Palette is operated by Warke Technologies and Research Private Limited. For contact information, refer to the organization's official website.
