Warke Palette is a free utility for creating color palettes from images you choose.

1. Using the tool

You may use the service for personal, educational, or commercial projects, subject to applicable law. Do not attempt to compromise or abuse the service or circumvent access controls.

2. Image rights

Only use images you have the right to process. You are responsible for respecting any copyright, privacy, and other rights that apply to your chosen images. Uploading is not required: processing is performed in your browser.

3. Palette results

Palette extraction is an algorithmic approximation of the dominant colors in an image. Results can vary depending on the photograph, transparency, browser decoding, and selected number of colors. Warke Palette does not promise an exact colorimetric or print-production match.

4. Availability

We provide this free service on an as-available basis. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features as necessary. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Warke Technologies and Research Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
